NSS Group is a specialist services supplier supporting large commercial, retail, public sector and industrial customers across the UK. We provide nationwide services through our various divisions, delivering safe, compliant and efficient solutions to thousands of customers every year.
The Role
We are looking for an organised and commercially minded Internal Sales Executive to join the team.
This is a fast-paced role focused on supporting sales growth through lead generation, customer engagement, quoting and pipeline management. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities and supporting the wider sales function to help drive revenue growth.
The role would suit somebody who is proactive, confident speaking with customers and enjoys working in a target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Managing inbound sales enquiries and identifying new business opportunities
Generating leads and developing customer relationships
Preparing quotations and following up opportunities
Maintaining and updating CRM systems accurately
Supporting the external sales team with customer information and pipeline activity
Building relationships with new and existing customers
Working closely with operations and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitoring sales activity and supporting reporting on KPIs and performance
Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
Providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience within an internal sales, sales support or customer-focused commercial role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
Organised with strong attention to detail
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Motivated, proactive and target driven
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
A positive and collaborative approach to work
