Key Accounts Delivery co-ordinator at NSS Testing, part of the NSS Group.
£29,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience

The Division
NSS Testing is a specialised division that covers various aspects of Building maintenance, from carrying out weekly fire alarm tests to installing a new roof access safety system. We have two teams which consist of an Access and Safety team and an Electrical and Automation team, we offer design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance service for all height safety equipment and compliance testing for buildings ensuring that health and safety regulations and guidelines are always followed and comply with British Standards.
Your job will include:
• Responsibility for managing the day-to-day service requests, providing a point of contact to Key clients and the NSS Testing division, including supporting the wider helpdesk team in responding to all general customer sales and service enquiries.
• Providing support to field-based operatives and taking ownership of requests.
• Assisting the quotation process from point of enquiry, liaising with relevant Contracts Manager / Service Delivery Manager / Estimator to obtain the technical scope of works detail and accurate costs
• Accountable for converting enquiries into instructions via submitted quotations once purchase orders are received.
• Liaise with the team to log and administer all purchases required for all works instructions.
• In conjunction with the Service Delivery Manager and Contract managers be responsible for the allocation of operatives; vehicles and equipment, via the works scheduler within the NSS Testing Job watch platform.
• Responsible for the validation of post-works reports, accurately recording the works carried out on site, complete with recommendations for additional works being logged for the estimating team to prepare quotes for client acceptance.
• Responsible for the preparation of invoicing data to accurately account for all works completed on each job.
• Responsible for generating and processing reports, as per client / contract agreed format and frequency.
• Supporting the preparation of Health and Safety packs, processing technical information and Certificates for the relevant team members.
• Ensuring the highest standard of customer service is maintained
• Providing general assistance to Service Delivery Manager, Contracts Manager and Operations Manager
• Ensuring cover of phones during lunches / busy periods, Actioning incoming mail and general admin duties
Experience / Personal Attributes Required
• Ideally a proven track record working in a similar fast paced role
• Strong PC skills, proficient typing and data entry skills essential
• Previous use of CRM systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload
