Job Overview:
The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient management of customer information within our operational system and client CRM systems. The role involves maintaining up-to-date records, supporting both operations and office-based teams with accurate and timely information. The successful candidate will develop strong professional relationships and provide clear communication to support the completion of cleaning works.
Your job will include:
- Become an expert user of the operational system inclusive of client CRM systems.
- Update bespoke reports on a daily/weekly basis as needed, detailing compliance with client CRM systems and our operational system.
- Ensure all operational systems are holding accurate customer information
- Update and maintain live schedule vs completion trackers ensuring information on all cleaning customers is updated and easily accessible for both operations & office-based teams.
- Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with the operations & office-based teams. Communicate clearly and accurately when required to relay messages.
- Update our clients with bespoke site level information for any remedial challenges/elements on site that prevent completion of cleaning works
- Provide administrative support to the Contract Performance Managers
- Ensure all cleaning service delivery data is updated within the designated time frame

Experience / Personal Attributes Required:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Experience with CRM systems and operational management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
